• 1تعتمد هذه المقالة على منظور اجتماعي واقتصادي وسياسي لتوضيح التفاعل بين العوامل التي تزيد من هشاشة العمّال الزراعيين اللاجئين السوريين وتعرّضهم للمبيدات في لبنان. كما يوفر فهماً شاملاً للعوامل الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية المترابطة على المستويات العالمية والإقليمية والوطنية والمحلية، وكيف تزيد من هشاشة العمّال الزراعيين اللاجئين السوريين، ولا سيّما تعرّضهم للمبيدات. تسلّط العوامل العالمية الضوء على التحوّلات من الاستعمار إلى الاقتصادات التي تسيطر عليها الدولة إلى السياسات النيوليبرالية. أعطت هذه التغييرات الأولوية لمصالح المشاريع الزراعية الكبيرة والشركات متعدّدة الجنسيات على حساب الزراعة الصغيرة والمتوسّطة الحجم. وبالتالي، كان هناك زيادة في الطلب على المبيدات، إلى جانب ضعف القوانين التنظيمية وقلّة الاستثمار في الزراعة في بلدان الجنوب العالمي. يشرح المقال كيف أثّر التفاعل الحيوي لتغيّر المناخ والصراعات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا سلباً على قطاع الزراعة وإنتاج الأغذية، ما أدّى إلى زيادة احتمالية استخدام المبيدات. على الصعيدين الوطني والمحلّي، أدّت السياسات الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية في لبنان إلى إضعاف القطاع الزراعي، والإفراط في استخدام المبيدات، وتكثيف تعرّض العمّال الزراعيين اللاجئين السوريين للمبيدات. يوصي المقال بأن يتبنّى الباحثون وصانعو السياسات منظوراً سياسياً واقتصادياً واجتماعياً لتحليل ومعالجة الوضع الذي يواجه العمّال المهاجرين واللاجئين في لبنان والبلدان الأخرى وتعزيز المساواة في القطاع الزراعي على مستوى العالم.

  • 92في منتصف شهر كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2023، شنّت قوات الدعم السريع هجوماً على مدينة ود مدني، عاصمة ولاية الجزيرة وأكبر مدن السودان بعد العاصمة الخرطوم. وقد أسفر الهجوم عن انسحاب الفرقة الاولى مشاة في الجيش السوداني، وسيطرة قوات الدعم السريع.
  • 93انقلاب نفّذه تنظيم «الضباط الأحرار» في الجيش السوداني ضد نظام جعفر النميري في 19 تموز/يوليو 1971، ودام لمدّة ثلاثة أيام فقط، عاد بعدها النميري إلى الحكم بواسطة انقلاب عسكري مضاد.
  • 94انطلق الحراك الثوري في السودان في 18 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2018 ضد نظام عمر البشير، الذي حكم السودان نحو ثلاثة عقود منذ العام 1989. في 11 نيسان/ أبريل 2019، تمت الإطاحة بالبشير عبر انقلاب عسكري وتشكيل مجلس عسكري انتقالي.
  • 95مجزرة ارتكبتها قوات مسلحة تابعة للمجلس العسكري ومدعومة من قوات الدعم السريع في 3 حزيران/ يونيو 2019، وذلك بهدف فض الاعتصام أمام القيادة العامة.
  • 96جرى التوقيع على الوثيقة الدستورية في 4 آب/ أغسطس 2019، من ممثلين عن المجلس العسكري وقوى إعلان الحرية والتغيير، وتنص على تقاسم السلطة بين العسكريين والمدنيين، إلا أن الأطراف العسكرية أحكمت سيطرتها على السلطة.
  • 97في 25 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2021، قام الجيش السوداني بانقلاب ضد الحكومة المدنية. واعتقل عدداً من أعضائها، بمن فيهم رئيس الوزراء عبد الله حمدوك. وأعلن عبد الفتاح البرهان حلّ مجلس السيادة، وفرض حالة الطوارئ.
  • 98جرى توقيع اتفاقية المصالحة الوطنية بين المعارضة السودانية (الجبهة الوطنية) وحكومة السودان في 12 نيسان/أبريل 1978.

  • 102مبادرة في ولاية سنار التي تقع جنوب شرق البلاد وجنوب ولاية الجزيرة، ينشط فيها أعضاء لجان مقاومة سنار وتعمل على استضافة النازحين من ولايتي الخرطوم والجزيرة وتوفير مراكز الإيواء وتهيئتها.
